    I'd like to thank my partner for giving me this excellent weekend, where we were made to feel very welcome on every visit, especially at the Rocaminori troglodyte hotel, where the room was magnificent and comfortable. Each estate had its own particularity and their wines were really of high quality.

  • Excellent Tasting Weekend in Anjou

    Superb weekend spent in Anjou, with great tastings and very interesting visits to three very different Domaines. Accommodation at the Hotel Rocaminori was fabulous, both in terms of setting, welcome and food. Last but not least, the visit to the Troglodyte Museum was really interesting. Many thanks to Vinotrip for organizing this top-notch weekend!

  • Diner at the Rocaminori Hotel

    Your dinner will be taken in an exceptional and warm troglodyte setting, at the restaurant les caves de la Genevraie. You will have a candlelit dinner, where you can taste the local specialties, the fouaces of Anjou (mushroom fouaces, Anjou rillettes, fresh butter, white beans and rillauds), all accompanied by local wines. A break during your dinner will allow you to digest and thus visit the oven and the troglodyte galleries. Fouaces with cheese and salad then a homemade dessert will complete your traditional and hearty dinner.
