Domaine Fournier Longchamps: history and terroir
Domaine Fournier Longchamps, also known as Domaine FL, was founded in 2007 by Julien Fournier. This family-run estate is located in Rochefort-sur-Loire, near Béhuard, just 25 minutes from Angers.
The estate produces only organic wines, with part of the vineyard also managed according to biodynamic principles. Its 34 hectares of vines stretch across both sides of the Loire, on land where vineyards have been cultivated since the 12th century.
Here, Chenin Blanc is king. This historic Anjou grape variety is prized for its complexity and excellent ageing potential. Domaine FL works exclusively with Chenin Blanc for its white wines, crafting expressive wines with precision and high standards.
