Maison Régnard is one of the oldest and most prestigious wine houses in Burgundy. It was founded in 1860 by Monsieur Régnard. In 1984, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette took over Maison Régnard and constantly improved the style and typicity of the wines.
The estate is one of the last to have its cellars and its winery in the historic center of the famous village of Chablis.
Respectful of tradition, the Maison Régnard produces the 7 Grands Crus de Chablis (Les Clos, Bougros, Blanchots, Grenouilles, Preuses, Valmur and Vaudésir), the 5 main Premiers Crus (Fourchaume, Montmains, Vaillons, Montée de Tonnerre and Mont de Middle), Chablis, Petit Chablis.
In 1992, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette created the Grand Régnard, a special “cuvée” presented in a unique bottle, a selection of the best Chablis plots of the House. Each year this cuvée is the expression of the youth and the fruit of Chablis.
Maison Régnard is a unique site steeped in history and invites you on a journey around its wines served at the greatest French and international gastronomic tables.
The tour will begin in the winery, located in the heart of the village, one of the essential stages on the way to the production of the famous Chablis White Wines. Then, you will taste five of their Cuvées de Chablis and Grands Vins.
