Catherine and Michel Langlois are the third generation to perpetuate the viticultural history of the family. The first vines were planted in the 1950s by Frédéric Langlois. At the time, viticulture was only a secondary activity in the face of polyculture-breeding.
Established in 1996, Catherine and Michel took over 0.2 ha of vines to cultivate 18 ha today, respecting the tradition of the Centre-Loire vineyard.
Passionate about viticulture and oenology, Catherine and Michel has chosen since 1996 to devote themselves to the cultivation of vines and the production of wine, in particular thanks to the many historical, geological and climatic advantages offered by the terroir.
The family estate of 18 ha is conducted in organic farming, it is located in the Pouilly-Fumé and Coteaux du Giennois appellation area.
With passion, the owners of the estate sublimate the 3 grape varieties of the Coteaux du Giennois appellation: Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Gamay. They introduced Chardonnay IGP as a complement to the range. In addition to the 18 ha of vines, there are 2 ha of blackcurrants transformed into liqueur.
When you come to the estate, you will have the opportunity to visit the cellars and taste wines selected by you (at least 6). The tasting is accompanied by a small snack of puff pastry and/or goat cheese.
