87 Quai de la Loire, 37210 Rochecorbon
Founded in 1893 by Mr. Brédif, Maison Brédif is one of the most renowned houses for the quality of its wines, both regionally and internationally.
Particularly recognized for its Vouvray and sweet wines, Mr. Brédif was a pioneer in the world of winemaking, creating Vouvray sparkling wine at the beginning of the 20th century.
In 1980, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette took up the reins as a true wine lover. Driven by quality and tradition, he revitalized this historic house. The estate's troglodyte cellars, carved into the tuffeau from the 10th century, are among the largest in the appellation, housing very rare wines dating back to 1874.
Maison Brédif produces both the famous fine bubbles of Vouvray (traditional method) and still wines, with the Chenin Blanc grape offering a beautiful diversity: dry, off-dry, semi-dry, and sweet.
The estate also produces red wines from the Loire appellations of Chinon, Bourgueil, Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, and Saumur Champigny.
Maison Brédif welcomes you to the majestic setting of its cellars to provide you with a unique experience, exploring the history of the estate and the secrets of wine production.
You will also enjoy a tasting of five wines in the Pavilion Fines Bulles, a charming private space with a superb view of the Loire.
