About the Domaine François Schwach
Family estate for 3 generations, founded in 1950 by François Schwach. The area of the property is 18 acres of vines , around 7 towns in the heart of Alsace major wines. The vineyard consists of unique terroirs including four Grand Crus: Osterberg, Schoenenbourg Rosacker and Kaefferkopf.
Winemaking is today the result of a subtle blend of tradition and modernity. Grapes routed bottiches to better preserve the product, pneumatic press that allows the flavors to sublimate and use vats possible to obtain a distinctive wine of high quality. The area offers a range of 5 extra crude Crémants , made by the traditional method. Specialist Crémant d'Alsace for 3 generations, these wines are regularly rewarded and medalists.
