Old Metairie of Princes Abbes Murbach built in the 18th century and included in the Supplemental Register of Historic Monuments, Schaeferhof today is a beautiful guest house surrounded by close and a vegetable garden. We discovered it in the hollow of the small Murbach village on the ridge road, in the heart of the Vosges Natural Park. The house has lots of charm with its wooden floors and doors, weathered timbered walls with lime. The decoration is made of antique furniture and many knick here and there. The many indirect lighting give the place an almost magical atmosphere.
The hostess table is gourmet, dinners prepared with produce from the garden. As for breakfast, it is greedy, and honors the 32 jams prepared by Robert!

The house has four bedrooms:
- Alexander bedroom: 160x200, Bath;
- Sacha bedroom: 160x200, Bath;
- Small Suite Camille: 160x200, private lounge, shower;
- Elsa and Julie Suite: 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200, shower.
