17 Rue de Mazeray, 21190 Meursault
After the Second World War, André Boyer took over the family estate from his mother Lucy. In 1976, Yves marries Marie Cécile Martenot, daughter of a Murisaltien (native of Mersault) winemaker, thus perpetrating the family tradition. Today, it is their son Vincent who devotes his time to the Estate.
The Estate consists of ten acres of vineyards located in the districts of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresse and Pommard. Between 1997 and 2007 several parcels were acquired in the region of Meursault « Les Tillets" , Les Perrieres "Meursault First Growth, and « Le Cialleret » Puligny-Montrachet First Growth. Without claiming the organic label, the Estate follows traditional methods : tillage, yield control, immature harvesting , rational treatments. The wine is matured in oak barrels for twelve months (1/3 new barrels). The Estate produces balanced and intense wines with a graceful finish, in all simplicity excellent Meursault.
The owners will be delighted to welcome you, during your oenological weekend, for a visit of the estate followed by a tasting of the fabulous white wines of Meursault.
