Introduction to organic farming practices
Upon your arrival on the Alsace Wine Route, head to Wettolsheim to Domaine Stentz-Buecher for a visit to the estate followed by a tasting of their organic wines.
You will discover a passionate family of winemakers who cultivate the vine with the utmost respect for nature. Certified in organic farming since 2010, they produce characterful and generous wines that reflect their philosophy.

Understanding winemaking process with the winemaker
In the late morning, you will head to the famous village of Kaysersberg to the Meyer Krum estate. The winemaker will welcome you for a tour of the vineyard garden and the winery to discover the winemaking process. The visit is followed by a tasting of several of the estate's vintages. A kougelhopf will be offered at the end of the tasting.

Discovery of Crémants d'Alsace
In the afternoon, you are expected in Hunawihr for a visit to the François Schwach estate and a tasting of their Crémants d’Alsace specialties.
You will end the day with a leisurely stroll along the Wine Route, discovering picturesque villages with their famous half-timbered houses, such as Colmar, Ribeauvillé, and Riquewihr.
Transport not included - Wine day in Alsace available from Monday to Saturday.
