Day 1 - Basque Country, between land and sea - Discovery of underwater winemaking
- Upon your arrival in Ciboure on the French Basque Coast, you visit the Egiategia vineyard by the sea. You will discover an innovative and unique winemaking process that involves vinifying and aging wines underwater! Explore this extraordinary estate during a tour of the cellars followed by a tasting of its wines. The vineyard is located on the edge of the classified site of the Basque Corniche in Urrugne, overlooking the Ocean.

- Your journey continues inland in the Basque countryside, in the village of Ainhoa, a typical village with half-timbered Basque houses. Chantal and Philippe welcome you to Maison Tartea, a magnificent 17th-century guesthouse.
- Dinner in a restaurant just steps away from your accommodation in the village of Ainhoa – Menu, drinks not included.

Day 2 - Picturesque village and Basque gastronomy in the heart of the Pyrenees
- Breakfast at your accommodation.
- Head to the village of Sare and its steep streets leading to the Basque Cake Museum. Guided by the Museum's Pastry Chef, you will discover all the secrets of making the famous Basque Cake with cream or cherry during your visit.
- In the afternoon, stroll through the village of Sare, labeled as one of the 'Most Beautiful Villages of France.' A self-guided tour offers you an authentic immersion into Basque culture with its preserved traditional architecture, local artisans, ancient churches, and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Book all year round and travel between April and mid-October, from Wednesday to Saturday.
