Day 1 - On the Champagne Routes Between Reims and Épernay
- Upon arrival in Reims, the City of Coronations, your journey begins at Maison Taittinger with a guided tour of its historic cellars, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The experience continues with a tasting of two signature cuvées: Brut Réserve and Prestige Rosé.
- After the visit, you have the opportunity to freely explore the magnificent Reims Cathedral, an iconic site of French history and the coronation of its kings.
- Optional - For lunch, head to the heart of the Halles du Boulingrin district and enjoy a gastronomic bistro experience (starter, main course, dessert – excluding drinks).
- In the afternoon, you travel to Épernay for a guided tasting of three cuvées from Champagne Pierre Mignon.
- At the end of the day, you arrive at your guesthouse within the Clos Corbier wine-estate in Mareuil-sur-Ay.
- Optional - Dinner at a fine dining restaurant offering an authentic seasonal cuisine (menu excluding drinks).
- Overnight stay at Clos Corbier.

Day 2 - Immersion at the Estate: Tour, Blind Tastings & Lunch
- Start your day with a hearty breakfast at your accommodation.
- In the morning, at Clos Corbier for an immersive estate tour, exploring the vineyards, the press, and the cellar. The visit continues with a workshop on the Champagne-making process and its unique aromas.
- Next, take part in a blind tasting of three family-produced champagnes, followed by a traditional Champagne lunch prepared by the estate’s chef (drinks included).
- In the afternoon, enjoy a self-guided visit to Hautvillers, the iconic village of Dom Pérignon. Then, take your time exploring Épernay and its world-famous Avenue de Champagne!
