Day 1 - Winery visits and wine tastings in Bourgueil and Chinon
- Upon your arrival in the land of the great red wines of the Loire Valley, you begin by meeting a winemaker in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. Your guided tour of Maison Mabileau provides an opportunity to learn more about the appellation and the wine-making process. The visit concludes with a tasting of the estate's wines.
- Next, you head to Chinon for an exploration of Domaine de la Noblaie. You will tour the tuffeau stone cellars and sample the wines produced in the Chinon appellation (red, white, and rosé).
- At the end of the day, you settle into your accommodation located in the heart of the historic town of Chinon, the charming guesthouse Au Relais Saint-Maurice.

Ah Chinon!!!
Ce fut plus qu'une découverte, une révélation!!! Le séjour est fantastique, le vin... délicieux, et les intervenants rencontrés sont de Vrais Personnages. La ville de Chinon est très belle, la région est extrêmement riche de son histoire. Le Relais St Maurice est bourré de charme, son propriétaire est adorable. Le cadre et la qualité du dîner sont à tomber, et les caves painctes valent le détour, c'est très drôle. Bravo pour ce séjour.
