Great sake holiday!
A very Japanese experience: the visit to the sake distillery was fascinating (many thanks to Grégoire for showing us how sake is made), the meal at the Ode Marine was very good and echoed the sake visit, and the accommodation was perfect! The visit to the Zen garden the next day was a real change of scenery (although we had a problem booking the Zen garden and had to pay for the entrance tickets ourselves).
